If you own a cottage or live on the coast and have a CNC this hack is for you!

This "Life is Good..." cottage sign was created using models from these CNC projects:

End Tile, Centre Tile - Rose Tiles No.1
Star Fish - Under the Sea No.1
Sand Dollar - Under the Sea No.2

The font we used to simulate the v-carving on this layout is called: Georgia

Even if you don't have a cottage or live on the coast we could see this hack hanging in a beach themed restaurant or... bathroom?!

Note - This hack was assembled in Aspire V8 for presentation purposes. It could have been done in VCarve Pro V8 or VCarve Desktop.

Introducing our latest addition to the Project Shop...

Under the Sea No.1

This is the second in a 3 part series of sea and ocean themed CNC projects that we started to release last month. With the addition of the new models in this project you can now create a much more detailed and interesting layout.

All 3 of the projects have been inspired by what you might see in the shallow pools of water you find while walking on the beach. Things like sand dollars, crabs, seaweed, smooth rocks and driftwood give you a glimpse of what you might encounter on the seafloor. Using the wavy tile and sand texture, included in this project, you can create some interesting wall art, cottage signs, coffee tables and even a headboard that will surely keep you dreaming of the surf.

The first of 3 Under the Sea themed projects!

Introducing our latest addition to the Project Shop...
Under the Sea No.1

This is the first of 3 projects that have been inspired by what you might see in the shallow pools of water you find while walking on the beach. No.2 and No.3 to come later in the year.

Things like seashells, starfish, smooth rocks and driftwood give you a glimpse of what you might encounter on the seafloor. Using the wavy tile and seafloor texture, included in this project, you can create some interesting wall art, cottage signs, coffee tables and even a headboard that will surely keep you dreaming of the surf. The wavy tile can be tiled, end to end, to make a longer layout. Tucking models under its raised edge or under the raised bits of the driftwood you can add lots of depth to your finished project!
