For this Celtic inspired mini-project we chose to not focus too much on the traditional Celtic knot knot but more on the Celtic Claddagh.
The Claddagh is made up of two hands holding a heart adorned with a crown and its meaning is very well know all around the world.
Its meaning runs deep in the jewelry industry and the Claddagh ring has been around forever. Its the obvious use seeing as the hands represent friendship; the heart represents love; and the crown represents loyalty.
You can also see why it can be found on the wall of many Irish and Irish-inspired pubs all around the world.
Anything Celtic would not be truly Celtic without a knot or two. We have also included a bent knot and a fancy stylized shamrock knot that we are sure will be handy!
